Refund Policy

At Solar Flame Torch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Waterproof Solar Garden Pathway Lights. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@gardenpathwaylights.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay your refund.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send your package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

4. Customer Responsible for Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or defective (see section 6), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gardenpathwaylights.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage/defect. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, you will have the option to receive either:

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gardenpathwaylights.com and we will guide you through the process. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund (per the standard return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Late or Missing Refund Troubleshooting Steps

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
