Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Solar Flame Torch! We are committed to delivering your Waterproof Solar Garden Pathway Lights efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments, regardless of the number of items purchased.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, we use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. International orders are typically delivered within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Flame Torch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that for these destinations, we can only ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages) at support@gardenpathwaylights.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
